Haha, I knew there was something odd about my cat. She is an alien. Maybe she is like those FemmeBots from Austin Powers and she can shoot bullets out of her eyes.

You need alien cats in this day and age with things like the London bombings, LA shootings, and the dead body that was found in San Luis Creek.

They just released the picture of the woman found dead in the creek yesterday morning. I actually knew her. She was a homeless woman, but I've seen her around town. It's so terrible and sad.

I know there is a ton of good stuff in this world, but there is also a lot of bad. That's my deep, poetic ending to this post.

  Thought of the Week

During my wedding planning adventures thus far, I've heard some people say "It's Just One Day!". I used to think that as well. There is so much fuss and money for just ONE day. But, after a memorable weekend of dress shopping with my mom in Beverly Hills, a meeting in Oxnard with my Aunt who is making my dress and a phone call with my mother in law to be to discuss the favors she is making I realized.... it's not just about the ONE day.

It's not just the destination of the ONE wedding day, but the process of many days of planning and bonding with family and friends.  ¶ 7:28 PM
